AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE TANAY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TANAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, TO SIMEON R. BENDAÑA, SR. MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Tanay Elementary School located in the Municipality of Tanay, Province of Rizal, is hereby charged to Simeon R. Bendaña, Sr. Memorial Elementary School.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
