RA 6701 - An Act Declaring September One of Every Year, the Death Anniversary of Gregorio Aglipay Y Labayan, as Gregorio L. Aglipay Day and a Special Non-Working Holiday in the Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte
Republic Act No. 6701
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The first day of the month of September of every year, being the death anniversary of Gregorio L. Aglipay y Labayan, is hereby declared as Gregorio L. Aglipay Day and a special non-working holiday in the Municipality of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte.
Section 2
Any provision of law, decree, order, rules or regulations inconsistent with this Act is hereby repealed and/or modified accordingly.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
