Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The name of the Maytubig Elementary School in the Municipality of Isabela, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby changed to Francisco Esteban Sr. Memorial Elementary School.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
