Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
July Sixteen of every year is hereby declared as Ozamiz City Charter Day and a special public non-working holiday in the City of Ozamiz.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
