Republic Act No. 6772

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE BALASAN DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BALASAN, PROVINCE OF ILOILO, TO JESUS M. COLMENARES DISTRICT HOSPITAL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Balasan District Hospital in the Municipality of Balasan, Province of Iloilo, is hereby changed to Jesus M. Colmenares District Hospital.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
