Republic Act No. 6775

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE PANACAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN DAVAO CITY TO VEDASTO F. CORCUERA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Panacan Elementary School in Davao City shall now be known as the Vedasto F. Corcuera Elementary School, in honor of its donor, the late Vedasto F. Corcuera.

Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports is hereby empowered, authorized and directed to issue rules and regulations to implement the purpose of this Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
