Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The name of the Tabudtod Elementary School in the Municipality of Kiamba, Province of South Cotabato, is hereby changed to Judge Baltazar T. Caing, Sr. Memorial Elementary School.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
