AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE CENTRAL LUZON GENERAL HOSPITAL LOCATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, TO JOSE B. LINGAD MEMORIAL GENERAL HOSPITAL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Central Luzon General Hospital located in the Municipality of San Fernando, Province of Pampanga, is hereby changed to Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital.

Section 2. The Secretary of Health is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
