Republic Act No. 6784

AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE GUAGUA DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUAGUA, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, TO PAMPANGA PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Guagua District Hospital in the Municipality of Guagua, Province of Pampanga, is hereby changed to Pampanga Provincial Hospital.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
