Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Ang pangalan ng Mababang Paaralan ng Villa Norte sa Bayan ng Alabat, Lalawigan ng Quezon, ay sa ngayon binabago sa pangalang Cipriano B. Encarnado at panimula ngayon ay makikilala at tatawaging Mababang Paaralang Cipriano B. Encarnado (Cipriano B. Encarnado Elementary School).
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
