AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE AMAI-PAKPAK GENERAL HOSPITAL IN MARAWI CITY TO AMAI-PAKPAK PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL TO ENSURE A MORE EFFICIENT AND EFFECTIVE DELIVERY OF SERVICES TO THE PEOPLE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Amai-Pakpak General Hospital in Marawi City is hereby changed to Amai-Pakpak Provincial Hospital.

Section 2. The Secretary of Health is hereby directed to implement the provisions of this Act.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
