Republic Act No. 6961
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
Republic Act No. 3884 entitled: "An Act establishing a normal college in Dipolog, Zamboanga del Norte, and authorizing the appropriation of funds therefor" is hereby repealed.
Section 2
This repealing Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved: August 17, 1990
