RA 7175 - An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of the Minglanilla District Hospital in the Municipality of Minglanilla, Province of Cebu, From Fifty (50) to Seventy-five (75) Beds, and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 7175
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Minglanilla District Hospital in the Municipality of Minglanilla, Province of Cebu, is hereby increased from fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) beds.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
