RA 7217 - An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of the Amai-pakpak General Hospital in Marawi City, Lanao Del Sur, From Seventy-five (75) to One Hundred (100) Beds, Upgrading It Into a Provincial Hospital to Be Known as the Amai-pakpak Provincial Hospital, and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 7217
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Amai-Pakpak General Hospital in Marawi City, Lanao del Sur, is hereby increased from seventy-five (75) to one hundred (100) beds and upgrading it into a provincial hospital to be known as the Amai-Pakpak Provincial Hospital.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
