RA 7240 - An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of the Bayawan District Hospital in the Municipality of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental, From Fifty (50) to Seventy-five (75) Beds and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 7240
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Bayawan District Hospital in the Municipality of Bayawan, Province of Negros Oriental, is hereby increased from fifty (50) to seventy-five (75) beds.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
