RA 7242 - An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of the Malita Medicare Community Hospital in the Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao Del Sur, From Fifteen (15) to Twenty-five (25) Beds, and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 7242
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Malita Medicare Community Hospital in the Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao del Sur, is hereby increased from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) beds.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
