RA 7246 - An Act Expanding the Carigara District Hospital, With a Twenty-five-bed Capacity, in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte, Into a Fifty-bed Capacity District Hospital
Republic Act No. 7246
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Carigara District Hospital, with a twenty-five-bed capacity, in the Municipality of Carigara, Province of Leyte, is hereby expanded into a fifty-bed capacity district hospital.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropriations Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
