RA 7261 - An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of the Cauayan Municipal Hospital in Barangay Isio, Municipality of Cauayan, Province of Negros Occidental, From Ten (10) to Twenty-five (25) Beds, and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 7261
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Cauayan Municipal Hospital in Barangay Isio, Municipality of Cauayan, Province of Negros Occidental, is hereby increased from ten (10) to twenty-five (25) beds.
Section 2
The Secretary of Health, who shall exercise supervision over said hospital, is hereby authorized to appoint the medical staff and other personnel necessary for its operation and maintenance.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
