RA 7286 - An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of the Provincial Hospital of South Cotabato From One Hundred (100) to One Hundred Twenty-five (125) Beds, and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 7286
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The provincial hospital of South Cotabato located in the capital town of Koronadal is hereby expanded from one hundred (100) to one hundred twenty-five (125) beds.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
