Republic Act No. 7288

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE CANDELARIA MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CANDELARIA, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, FROM TEN (10) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The bed capacity of the Candelaria Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Candelaria, Province of Quezon, is hereby increased from ten (10) to twenty-five (25) beds.

Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
