Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Daniel Z. Romualdez Memorial School of Fisheries in Tolosa, Leyte, is hereby authorized to continue to offer the Bachelor of Science in Fisheries Program.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
