RA 7408 - An Act Expanding and Upgrading the Prieto-diaz Municipal Hospital From A Ten-bed Capacity Municipal Hospital Into A Twenty-five-bed Capacity District Hospital, To Be Known As the Prieto-diaz District Hospital, and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 7408
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Prieto-Diaz Municipal Hospital in the Province of Sorsogon, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital into a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Prieto-Diaz District Hospital.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
