Republic Act No. 7408

AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE PRIETO-DIAZ MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL FROM A TEN-BED CAPACITY MUNICIPAL HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE PRIETO-DIAZ DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Prieto-Diaz Municipal Hospital in the Province of Sorsogon, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a ten-bed capacity municipal hospital into a twenty-five-bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Prieto-Diaz District Hospital.

Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
