RA 7412 - An Act Increasing the Bed Capacity of the Leyte Provincial Hospital in the Municipality of Palo, Province of Leyte, To One Hundred (100) Beds, and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 7412
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The bed capacity of the Leyte Provincial Hospital in the Municipality of Palo, Province of Leyte, is hereby increased to one hundred (100) beds.
Section 2
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
