Republic Act No. 7414

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The bed capacity of the Polillo Medicare Community Hospital in the Municipality of Polillo, Province of Quezon, is hereby increased from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) beds.

Section 2

The municipal hospital shall be composed of compe-tent personnel as prescribed by the Department of Health.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropria-tions Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
