Republic Act No. 7414

AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE POLILLO MEDICARE COMMUNITY HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF POLILLO, PROVINCE OF QUEZON, FROM FIFTEEN (15) TO TWENTY-FIVE (25) BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The bed capacity of the Polillo Medicare Community Hospital in the Municipality of Polillo, Province of Quezon, is hereby increased from fifteen (15) to twenty-five (25) beds.

Section 2. The municipal hospital shall be composed of compe-tent personnel as prescribed by the Department of Health.

Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be charged against the lump-sum appropriations authorized for the purpose under the current General Appropria-tions Act. Thereafter, such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the hospital shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
