Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representative of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The name of Doña Maria D. Tan Memorial Hospital in Tangub City, Province of Misamis Occidental, is hereby changed to Ninoy Aquino Memorial Hospital.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
