AN ACT NAMING THE JAGNA DISTRICT HOSPITAL AS THE TEODORO B. GALAGAR DISTRICT HOSPITAL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Jagna District Hospital is hereby named as Teodoro B. Galagar District Hospital.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
