Republic Act No. 7509

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

The name of the Bukidnon State College External Studies Center in the Municipality of Tandag, Province of Surigao del Sur, is hereby changed to Surigao del Sur State College.

Section 2

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
