AN ACT EXPANDING AND UPGRADING THE TINAMBAC MEDICARE HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF TINAMBAC, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SURE, FROM A FIFTEEN-BED CAPACITY MEDICARE HOSPITAL INTO A TWENTY-FIVE-BED CAPACITY DISTRICT HOSPITAL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TINAMBAC DISTRICT HOSPITAL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled
Section 1. The Tinambac Medicare Hospital in the Municipality of Tinambac, Province of Camarines Sur, is hereby expanded and upgraded from a fifteen-bed capacity medicare hospital into a twenty-five bed capacity district hospital, to be known as the Tinambac District Hospital.
Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
