Be it enacted by the Senate and House Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The name of the Southern Islands Medical Center in the City of Cebu is hereby changed to Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
