AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE MAGUINDA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY MAGUINDA, BUTUAN CITY, TO SANTIAGO B. ECLEO, SR., MEMORIAL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Maguinda Elementary School in Barangay Maguinda, Butuan City, is hereby changed to Santiago B. Ecleo, Sr., Memorial Elementary School.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
