### AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE SISON NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SISON, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL NORTE, TO TOLEDO S. PANTILO, SR. MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

<span style="font-style: italic;">Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:</span>

SECTION 1. The name of the public secondary school in the Municipality of Sison, Province of Surigao del Norte, shall be changed from Sison National High School to Toledo S. Pantilo, Sr. Memorial National High School.

SEC. 2. Henceforth, said school shall be known for all intents and purposes, as Toledo S. Pantilo, Sr. Memorial National High School.

SEC. 3. The Department of Education, Culture and Sports, and all its instrumentalities shall be duly notified of the new name of said public secondary school.

SEC. 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on April 9, 1994 without the signature of the President  on April 9, 1994, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
