AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF THE LICANAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY SAN ISIDRO, BUNAWAN DISTRICT, DAVAO CITY, TO PABLO PIATOS, SR. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of the Licanan Elementary School in Barangay San Isidro, Bunawan District, Davao City, is hereby changed to Pablo Piatos, Sr. Elementary School.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on April 17, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
