Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The name of the San Pascual Elementary School in Barangay San Pascual, Municipality of Basud, Province of Camarines Norte, is hereby changed to Pedro S. Rada Elementary School.
Section 2
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved,
Lapsed into law on May 5, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
