Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
The Municipality of Ballesteros, Province of Cagayan, was founded on December 18, 1911 by virtue of Executive Order No. 79.
Section 2
December 18 of every year is hereby declared as a special nonworking holiday in the Municipality of Ballesteros, Province of Cagayan, to be known as "Aldaw ti Ballesteros."
Section 3
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on August 8, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
