AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF MINUHANG BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BARUGO, PROVINCE OF LEYTE, TO CELESTINO DE GUZMAN MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The name of Minuhang Barangay High School in the Municipality of Barugo, Province of Leyte, is hereby changed to Celestino de Guzman Memorial National High School.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, Lapsed into law on September 1, 1994 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
