RA 7850 - An Act Providing for the Establishment of a District Hospital in the Municipality of Conner, Province of Kalinga-apayao, and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 7850
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Health, a district hospital in the Municipality of Conner, Province of Kalinga-Apayao, to be known as the Conner District Hospital.
Section 2
The Secretary of Health shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
