AN ACT INCREASING THE BED CAPACITY OF THE ROXAS DISTRICT HOSPITAL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROXAS, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO, FROM TWENTY-FIVE TO FIFTY BEDS, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. the bed capacity of the Roxas District Hospital the Municipality of Roxas, Province of Oriental Mindoro, is hereby increased from twenty-five to fifty beds.

Section 2. the amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 16, 1994 and October 19, 1994, respectively.
