AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF RIZAL COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE AND TECHNOLOGY IN SAMPALOC, MUNICIPALITY OF TANAY, PROVINCE OF RIZAL, TO RIZAL STATE COLLEGE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. the name of the Rizal College of Agriculture and Technology located in Sampaloc, Municipality of Tanay, Province of Rizal, is hereby changed to Rizal State College.

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on September 21, 1994 and November 15, 1994, respectively.
