Republic Act No. 7864

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established a high school in Barangay Adlay, Municipality of Carrascal, Province of Surigao del Sur, to be known as the Adlay National High School.

Section 2

the Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3

the amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
