AN ACT ESTABLISHING a NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF RAGAY, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TOMAS AVILA ANDAYA, SR. NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established a high school in the Municipality of Ragay, Province of Camarines Sur, to be known as the Tomas Avila Andaya, Sr. National High School.

Section 2. the Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3. the amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on May 24, 1994 and November 15, 1994, respectively.
