Republic Act No. 7871

AN ACT ESTABLISHING a NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY AGUINING, MUNICIPALITY OF PRES. GARCIA, PROVINCE OF BOHOL, TO BE KNOWN AS AGUINING NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established under the direct supervision of Department of Education, Culture and Sports a national high school in Barangay Aguining, Municipality of Pres. Garcia in the Province of Bohol to be known as Aguining National High School.

Section 2. the Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3. the amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act which originated in the House of Representatives was finally passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate on July 27, 1994 and November 15, 1994, respectively.
