RA 7893 - An Act Converting the Governor Teofilo Sison Memorial Hospital in Dagupan City Into a Three Hundred (300)-Bed Capacity Medical Center to Be Known as the Region I Medical Center, and Appropriating Funds Therefor
Republic Act No. 7893
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
the existing Governor Teofilo Sison Memorial Hospital in Dagupan City is hereby converted into a medical center, correspondingly increasing its bed capacity to 300 beds under the supervision of the Department of Health, to be known as Region I Medical Center.
Section 2
the Secretary of Health shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
Section 3
the amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
