RA 7993 - An Act Establishing the Trading National High School At Barangay 37-d, Quezon Boulevard, Davao City, and Appropriating Funds Therefor

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:
Section 1
There shall be established, under the direct supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a high school at Barangay 37-D, Quezon Boulevard, Davao City, to be known as Trading National High School.
Section 2
The Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
Section 3
The amount necessary to implement the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
Section 4
This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
