An Act Declaring the Asinan Area, the Las Piñas Church and Bamboo Organ, the Las Piñas Bridge, the Father Diego Cera Bridge, and the Old District Hospital, All in the Municipality of Las Piñas, Metro Manila, as Tourist Spots

AN ACT CONVERTING THE DR. GERARDO SABAL MEMORIAL MUNICIPAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE POBLACION, MUNICIPALITY OF CLAVERIA, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE DR. GERARDO SABAL MEMORIAL NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Dr. Gerardo Sabal Memorial Municipal High School in the Poblacion, Municipality of Claveria, Province of Misamis Oriental, is hereby converted into a national high school to be known as the Dr. Gerardo Sabal Memorial National High School.

Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations and guidelines as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.

Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
