AN ACT CONVERTING THE TUBOD BARANGAY HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MINGLANILLA, PROVINCE OF CEBU, INTO A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TUBOD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. The Tubod Barangay High School in the Municipality of Minglanilla, Province of Cebu, is hereby converted into a national high school, to be known as the Tubod National High School.

Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.

Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on April 22, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
