AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL IN THE CAPITAL TOWN OF ALABEL, PROVINCE OF SARANGANI TO BE KNOWN AS ALABEL NATIONAL SCIENCE HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established a national science high school in the capital town of Alabel, Province of Sarangani, to be known as Alabel National Science High School.

Section 2. The Secretary of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.

Section 3. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Lapsed into law on July 6, 1995 without the President's signature, pursuant to Sec. 27(1), Article VI of the Constitution.
