AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF PINAL PALAN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN BARANGAY PINALPALAN, MUNICIPALITY OF MALITA, PROVINCE OF DAVAO DEL SUR, INTO JUANITO DOROMAL, SR. ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in congress assembled:
Section 1. The name of Pinalpalan Elementary School in Barangay Pinalpalan Municipality of Malita, Province of Davao del Sur, is changed to Juanito Doromal, Sr. Elementary School.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon it approval.
Approved, Lapsed into law on November 10, 1996, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1) of the Constitution.
