Republic Act No. 8377

AN ACT ESTABLISHING A NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL IN BARANGAY TUBOD, MUNICIPALITY OF LAKEWOOD, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, TO BE KNOWN AS THE TUBOD NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established, under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports, a national high school in Barangay Tubod, Municipality of Lakewood, Province of Zamboanga del Sur, to be known as the Tubod National High School.

Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

This Act is originated in the House of Representative was finally passed by the House of the Representatives and the Senate on March 27, 1996 and August 11, 1997, respectively.
