Republic Act No. 8378

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1

There shall be established a national high school in Pacita Complex I, Municipality of San Pedro, Province of Laguna, to be known as the Pacita Complex National High School.

Section 2

The Secretary of Education, Culture and Sports shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this Act.

Section 3

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 4

This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
