AN ACT ESTABLISHING AN AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STA. MARIA, PROVINCE OF BULACAN, TO BE KNOWN AS THE STA. MARIA AGRO-INDUSTRIAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled:

Section 1. There shall be established an agro-industrial high school in the Municipality of Sta. Maria, Province of Bulacan, to be known as the Sta. Maria Agro-Industrial High School, which shall be under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.

Section 2. The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.

Approved, Lapsed into law on November 22, 1997, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27 (1), of the Constitution.
